How to make Soya Nuggets
- Step 1 Soak the nuggest vegan soy nuggets and sweet potato fries healthy meal
For making these crispy Soya Nuggets, soak soya nuggets in 4 cups of water and salt for 20 mins.

Step 2 Microwave oil and spices
Microwave oil at high power for 35 seconds in a microwave safe bowl. Add all dry spices and microwave at 100 per cent power for 1 min.

Step 3 Mix onion, ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree
Add onion, ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree in it and microwave for about 3–4 minutes at 100 per cent power. Stir in between.

Step 4 Add curd and soya nuggets to the masala
Strain the soya nuggets. Then add curd, half cup water and soya nuggets to the prepared masala. Microwave (covered) for 3–4 mins. Stir in between.

Step 5 Serve!
Allow it to cool for 5 mins, and serve.
